TERMS OF SERVICE

-I usually make up to 3 variants of the commissioned piece: transparent, white BG and watermarked.
-Don't trace, copy, steal, modify, re-upload or use my works without my permission.
-DON'T use my art for AI or NFT!!!
-I own the copyright to the commissioned piece and I have the right to post it on social media or use it for portfolio.
-If you let me choose a pose, it is impossible to make a big change in your pose afterwards. Even if the applicant specifies a pose, the same applies. (I show updates and ask for permission to continue so this situation can be avoided!)

USE

-Unless it's Live2D Art my art is to not be used for commercial purposes!
-You can post my art anywhere as long as credit is given. You can use it in YouTube edits as long as you credit me.
-You can use any adopts you bought from me (that I made) in personal projects. Once bought you own the rights to that character excluding the design which I made.
-You can made slight edits to species adopts I made as long as they're within that species' TOS.
-You can make any changes to a design made by me (that is not part of any species) without asking me, as long as you credit me for original design.

PAYMENT

-Payment is upfront through PayPal or Stripe!
-If you think of cancelling the order after the sketch is sent, you will lose ownership of the sketch that will be reused in future art.
-I don't do refunds.
